Returns & Refunds


Custom Printed Products

All sales are final. On custom printed products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
  • No longer needing the product
  • Customer error during ordering

Please review all product details, specifications, and artwork carefully before submitting your order.

Non-Custom Products

Un-used non-custom products still in original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 7-days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for shipping products back to Final Mile Advertising at their own expense.  A 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or incorrect order you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please contact sales@finalmileadvertising.com with your order number and clear photos of the products. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

    Shipping Damage

    Final Mile Advertising is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. All shipments are subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery practices. Any damage that occurs during transit must be reported directly to the shipping carrier.

    Weather-Related Damage

    Damage caused by wind, weather, storms, or outdoor conditions is not eligible for returns or refunds. These conditions are outside of our control and are not considered defects.

    Refused or Undeliverable Packages

    Orders that are refused, returned due to incorrect address information, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.

    Order Cancellations

    Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

    Refund Method

    If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
