Warranty Information


3-Month Limited Warranty on Workmanship

Final Mile Advertising warrants that all products are free from defects in workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing or production errors made by Final Mile Advertising. If a product is produced incorrectly due to a workmanship defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected product.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Production or workmanship errors
  • Incorrect construction that affects normal use of the product

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

Because our products are designed for outdoor use, they are subject to conditions beyond our control. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Wind, storms, rain, hail, snow, or other weather conditions
  • Excessive or improper wind exposure
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation, handling, or storage
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Accidental damage
  • Fading, fraying, or deterioration caused by prolonged outdoor exposure
  • Damage caused by failure to follow product care or usage guidelines

Ripped, torn, or damaged products caused by wind or weather conditions are not covered under this warranty.

Outdoor Use Disclaimer

Feather flags and other outdoor advertising products can be affected by weather conditions. Customers are responsible for removing products during high winds or severe weather to prevent damage.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within the 3-month warranty period and provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the alleged workmanship defect

Final Mile Advertising reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies as a workmanship defect.

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered. Final Mile Advertising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
